SPECIAL MEETING
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
January 21, 1992
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by
Mayor Jennings at 5:30 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall,
1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Jennings, Mayor Pro Tem Herfert, Councilmembers
Manners, McFadden
Absent: None
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Ure, Thomas
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Jennings recessed the City Council meeting
for a closed session, pursuant.,to Government Code
Section 54957.6 to discuss personnel matters.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS No comments.
