The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was..called to order at 5:30 pm
by Mayor Jennings in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey
Avenue, West Covina.

Mayor Jennings recessed the City Council meeting at 5:32 pm
to convene a closed session for litigation purposes and
personnel matters, pursuant to Sections 54956.9 and
54957.6 of the Government Code.
The City Council meeting reconvened at 7:28 pm.
No comments offered.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Jennings, seconded by Herfert, and unanimously
carried to adjourn the meeting at 7:29 pm.
