SPECIAL MEETING
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
December 17, 1991
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order at 6:30 pm
in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West
Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Jennings, Mayor Pro Tem Herfert, Councilmembers
Manners and McFadden
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Thomas, Hoppe, Wilson
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Jennings recessed the special meeting for a closed
session at 6:31 pm to discuss litigation, per Government
Code Section 54956.9 and for personnel matters pursuant
to Code Section 54957.6. Council reconvened at 7:29 pm.

ADJOURNMENT
No comments offered.
Motion by Jennings, seconded by Herfert, and unanimously
carried to adjourn the meeting at 7:29 pm.
