WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL

The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor
Jennings at 6:30 pm in the Management Resource Center at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey
Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Jennings, Mayor Pro Tem Herfert, Councilmembers
Manners, McFadden
Absent: Councilmember Tarozzi (vacation)
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Hanna, Holings, Hoppe
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Jennings commenced a closed session to discuss
litigation matters with the City Attorney, pursuant.
to Government Code Section 54956.9(b). Council re-
convened at 7:10 pm.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS No comments offered.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Jennings, seconded by Herfert, and unanimously
