The adjourned regular meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
at 5:57 pm by Mayor Jennings in the Management Resource Center, Room 314, City Hall,
1444 W. Garvey Avenue. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Jennings.

Manners, McFadden, Tarozzi
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Distelrath, Haley, Hendrix, Orr, Panas,
Holler, Thomas, Yoshizaki, Koniarsky
FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991/92
Staff presented the final budget for FY 91/92, noting
FY 91/92 Budget changes that had been made due to the State's budget
and the -consequential impact on the City's budget.
The City Manager provided an overview of the budget
document. Staff responded to Council questions and
comments.

carried to adopt_thecfinal.budgettand directed staff
to bring the final printed budget to Council for a 'p
formal presentation at a future regular City Council
meeting.

Motion by Herfert, seconded by Tarozzi, and unanimously
carried to adjourn the meeting at 7:05 pm.
