WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
June; 13, 1991
The adjourned regular meeting of the'.West Covina City Council was called to
order at 6:20 pm in the Management'Resource Center at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey
Avenue, West Covina. Mayor. Jennings led the Pledge of Allegiance.

CONTINUED STUDY SESSION ON THE FY 91/92 OPERATING BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM
Public Works Division Manager Thomas presented the CIP,
organized by the various categories of priorities.
Council discussion followed. Council directed staff
to provide more information of the street work proposed
in the budget and needed within the City. Staff was
asked to look into the use of Redevelopment Agency pay-
back monies for use in funding CIP needs.
City Manager Starbird presented a process to=review
park improvements to be undertaken in FY 91/92. Council
discussed setting aside $75,000 for cultural facility,
proceeding with maintenance needs and prioritizing
other park improvements, and identifying funding sources.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Manners, seconded by Herfert, and unanimously
carried to adjourn the meeting at 9:10 pm.
