WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL

The adjourned regular meeting of the.West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor Jennings at 5:30 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall,
1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Jennings, Mayor Pro Tem Herfert, Councilmembers
Manners, McFadden, and Tarozzi
Others Present: Starbird, Lennard, Hanna, Miller, Thomas, Wylie, Haley
• CLOSED SESSION Mayor Jennings,recessed the meeting at 5:32 pm to convene
acaclosed session for litigation purposes to confer with
the, -City Attorney, pursuant to Government Code Section
54956 et seq. The City Council reconvened at 7:20 pm.
