The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order<iat
6:00 pm by Mayor Tarozzi in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall,
1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Tarozzi, Mayor Pro Tem McFadden, Councilmembers
Herfert, Jennings
Absent: Councilmember Manners (excused)
• Others Present: John Shanon
CLOSED SESSION Per Government Code Section 54956 et seq., Council
conducted a closed session to discuss personnel matters.
Council reconvened at 6:55 pm.

ADJOURNMENT Motion by Herfert, seconded by Jennings, and unanimously
carried to adjourn thecmeeting at 6:55 m.
