The adjourned regular meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
at 6:35 pm by Mayor Tarozzi in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall,
1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Council -
member Herfert.

CLOSED SESSION Closed session wascconvened.at-:6:41 by Mayor Tarozzi
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) to
discuss pending litigation with counsel regarding a
matter entitled County of Los Angeles vs the City of
West Covina and the Redevelopment Agency of West Covina
The City Council reconvened from Closed Session at
6:59 pm.
ADJOURNMENT
