WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING
June 11, 1990
• The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order at 6:38 pm
in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Tarozii, Mayor Pro Tem McFadden, Councilmembers
Herfert, Jennings, Manners
Others Present: Fast, Eliot, Holmes, Dominguez
CLOSED SESSION The purpose of the special meeting was to consider two
pending litigation matters: Richard Sandoval vs The
City of West Covina and Clifford Perry vs The City of
West Covina.
Upon conclusion of the discussions, Risk Management was
authorized to proceed with settling the two cases.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Manners, seconded by Jennings, and unanimously
carried to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 pm.
