SPECIAL MEETING
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
January 8, 1990
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order at 6:40. pm
in the Management Resource Center by Mayor Bacon, Room 316 at City Hall, 1444 W.
Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Bacon, Mayor Pro Tem Lewis, Councilmembers Manners,
McFadden
Absent: Councilmember Tarozzi
Others Present: Fast, Irwin, Nichols
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Bacon conducted the closed session at 6:41 pm
regarding Personnel matters, pursuant to Government
Code Section 54957.6. The meeting was reconvened at
7:20 pm.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS No comments offered.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Manners, seconded by McFadden, and unanimously
carried to.adjourn the meeting at 7:20 pm.
