Covina City Hall.

Absent: None (Councilman Crumley resigned effective May 5, 1957)

RESOLUTION NO. 1124 LOCATION: East :aide of Azusa .Avenue north of
Authorizing Quitclaim Workman Avenue.
Deed (Azusa Avenue)
ADOPTED "A RESOLUTION OF THE 'CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA DECLARING THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY IS
NOT NEEDED FOR ANY PUBLIC PURPOSE AND AUTHORIZING
• THE EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED."
Motion by Councilman Pittenger, seconded by Councilman Brown and carried
that further reading of the body of the Resolution be waived.
Motion by Councilman Pittenger, seconded by Councilman Brown that Resolution
No. 1124 be adopted. Motion passed on roll call as follows:
Ayes: Councilman Mottinger, Brown, Pittenger, Kay
Noes: None
Absent: None
Meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
