uninhabited territory described and therein designated as City of Covina ''Westerly
Annexation District No.. 28'' and giving notice of the time and place for hearing
protests thereto, to wit: January. 23, 1956, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. in
the Council Chamber, in the City Hall'. in the City of Covina.
This notice is. being sent to you as a requisite set forth under Section 35306
of the Government Code of the State of California. "
