UTES OF THE REGULAR ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, WEST COVINA, CALIF.

January 3, 1956
Ling was called to order at 8:00 P. M.
present: Mayor Hurst, Councilmen Van Horn, Kay, Sperline
and Brown

May r Hurst introduced Mr. Clifford Petrie, the new City Manager
and r. Vaughn Walters, the new Finance Officer. Both offices
were effective January 1st and this was the first official meeting
atten ed by these two new men.
SIDE ALKS Some discussion of the Sidewalk problem was
S T-1 DY entered into by the Council and some members
of the Planning.. Commission with no conclusions
whic could be written into a definite program were readied. Further
discu sion held over for regular meeting of January 9th.
MeeOng adjourned at 9:00 P.M. to January 5th at 8:00 P.M.
