Recommendations on Precise Plan No. 46 read as follows: 1) That area for street widening of Sunset Avenue and Francisquito Avenue be deeded to 'the City of West Covina. • 2) That all. street Improvements outlined in' section 49 of Ordinance No. 2259 in- cluding utilities, be'installed-accorcbLngly and meet the approval of the City Engineer. Councilman Kay opened discussion of full time service at City Hall maintained by Fire Dept. He felt this could not be done ..right now., unless extra help was hired.
