meeting of March 22, 1954, be approved as submaitted, and
that the minutes of ad joumed regular meeting of March 29, 1934, be approved with
the following correction: Remove from those present at the meeting, Councilman
Mossberg, and in the item ceveil.ng bids on used tractor-, substitute Councilman Van
Horn instead of Councilman Mossberg as recommending that the bids submitted by
Shepherd `erector and James S. Walker covering, a wed tractor be rejected and City
Clem advertise for buds on a new tmetar, since Councilman Mossberg was absent.

outlined in Resolution No. 144 corrected to read as follows^.
1) That all street improvements outlined in Sec„.ion 49 of Ordinance No. 225, includ-
ing utilities, not proposed for instaUati on by the State Division of Highways, be
installed accordingly and meet the approval of the City Engineer. This to include
street lights and sidewalks.
2) That the area for which the variances is applied conform to the proposed right-of-
way of the Division of Highways.

or the service station, whichever is higher, along the south and west sides of
