of the adjourned meeting of March 3. 19539 be approved as submitted,
MLETING OF LEAGUE OF City Clerk announced that the regular month meeting of tho
CALIFORNIA CITIES League of California Cities is to be held at Whittier on
Whittier - ® March 19 Thursday,, March 19t1h. Discussion will be on police mattero

PUBLIC HEARING Chairman announced this is the time and place for public
SOUTH HILLS COUNTRY CLUB hearing on Zone Variance Application No, 60 of the South
ZONE VARIANCE APPLICATION Hills Country Club,, requesting variance for speciial, use
No. 60 of the RA property located east of Citrus Street and Vine
HELD OVER Avenue, City Engineer presented and read Resolution No, 94
of Uae Planning Commission recommending granting the vari-
ance subject to the follows$ g conditions:
1) That the necessary widening of Citrus Street be provided from the north boundary
of Parcel 1 southerly to the entrance to the proposed parking lot,
2) That a plot plan showing all improvements be filed with the City and be subject
to the approval of the City.
• 3) That if the present corporation is dissolved,, or if within a threeyear period
the project is not begAn,, the variance shall be automatically terminated useless
extended by resolution of the Planning Commission,
No opposition was presented to this proposal, Mr, Camille A. Garnier presented a sketch
of the club house as tentatively planned,, There being no other testimoxw,, Chaiman Asa=
