FINAL MAP Final map was Fresent.ed covering 21.acres (52 hots) Zone III
TRACT I40. 186U located at the northeast corner of Cameron Avenue and Citrus
Ua. Churchill Street. Moved by Councilman DeLay, seconded by Councilman
APPROVED Sperline and carried, that final map be approved subject to
the follovAmg conditions:
l) Engineers approval of Plans and Profiles.
2) Receipt of $125.00 deposit for fire hydrant heads,
3) Receipt of $2244,,00 deposit for el.ectroliere,
4) Pzceipt of agreement to install improvements.
5} Receipt of Utility Certificates for easements.
Actual number of hydrants to be cheah-ed with the ?,-re Chic-1 of Wast Covina and the
electroliers to be checked by the Southerr, California Edi.v on Co.
SALIRY OF Motion by Councilman Sperline, seccrx%d ;:d by Councilman Dew,
MRS. FAUNCE that the salary of Fars. Faunce be increased to $50.00 per month,
effective March 19 1953. Passed on roll call as follows:

ACCEPT STRLET DIPROVIIIENT City Engineer advised that street improvements in Tract
• RELEASE OF BOND 140. 15989 have been satisfactorily completed on September
Tract No. 15989 10, 1952 and disi,na e facilities completed on January 159
1953. On recommendation of the City Engineer it was
moved by Councilman DeI&y, seconded by Counc3..l.rytan Vas? Horn, and carried, that street
improvements in Tract No. 1.5989 be accepted and Subdivides' Williams be released of
Seaboard Surety Co. Band No. RLA-=8360 in the amount of $119500.00
FIRE HYDRANT HEADS City Adm3riatrator presented a, report from Fire Chief
Hardin covering fire hydrant heads needed at various
locations throughout the city. Moved by Councilman Deaay, seconded by Councilman
Van Horn, and carried, that City Administrator Lmaediately authorize the San Jose
Hills Water Co. to install the required number of hydrant heads. City Administrator
was also directed to find out if five hydrants can be put on assessment districts.

MASTER PLAIN OF City Engineer presented Master Plana of Streets and High-

APPROVED held on Jaxraary 14,, 1.9532t it was moved by Councilman
Sperline, seconded by Councilman Van Horn, and carried, that map be appavved '%t1th
