Co„ Co. outlining their problam with regard to selling the houses ND ACTION in their subdivision at Vine and Azusa Avenues, and request- ing they be allowed to install a larger sign on Garvey Avenue to direct people to the tract. A representative of the subdivider was present and spoke,, It was the consensus of the Council that the present sign ordinance was satisfactory and that no change should be made at this time. TENTATIVE MAP Tentative map was presented covering proposed subdivision TRACT NO. 17713 of 14.5 acres (56 lcts) in Zone II, located at the south Samy'Frank Novarro east corner of Vine Avenue and Hollenbeek Street. Motion by Councilman Delay, seconded by Council- man Mossberg, and carried, that map be approved subject to the following recaemendations of the Planning Commission: 1) That all lots conform to Zone III requirements. 2) That all street improvements,, including utilities and the disposal of drainage,, be installed to the standard specifications of the City of West Covina, and to meet the approval of the City Engineer, 3) That vehicular access rights to lots along Citrus and Cameron Avenues be dedi- cated to the City of West Covina. 4) That the subdivider request the opening for street purposes of the la lot at the south end of Inman Avenue in Tract No. 15276o • 5) That the eastern end of the alley be relocated to run between Lots 8 and 9.
