Present: Councilman Hurst, Malay, Van Horn, Mossberg and Sparline. Absent: None Others: City Clerk, City Attorney, City Engineer, City Coordinator and City Tftasurero MINUTES City Clerk read the minutes of the meeting of April APPROVED 23, 1952. Motion by Councilmen Van Horn, seconded by Councilman Mossberg, and carried, that minutes be • approved as read with the following correction: At top of page 4, condition No. 2 applying to Tract No. 17873 be corrected to read: "2) That the City Engineer intact the odsting curb as to condition and location and approve the same if it is in order." NOTICE OF City Attorney mead letter frcm the office of the TAX CANCELLATION ON County Auditor notifying the City that taxes ,have CITYHALL PROPERTY been canceled on the City Hall property. Motion by Councilman Mossberg, seconded by Councilman Van Horn, and carried, that letter be accepted ar4 filed. Motion by Councilman Van horn, seconded by Councilman Moseberg, and carried, that the bond of $2,000 on the City Clark be approved and filed with the Mayor.
