Notion by Councilman Mossberg, seconded by Councilman Greene that Resolution
No. 3224be adopted. Passed on roll call &a Follows:

INDUCTION OF Councilmen Hurst, Van Hon and Sperline were administered
COUNCIL the oath of office by the City Clews and tools their seats

ELECTION OF The acting City Attorney announced this is the time for
MAYOR appointment of a new mayor by the City Council and suggested
that a temporary chairman be selected to take nominations.
Councilman Van Home nominated Councilman Delay to act as temporary chairman;
seconded by Councilman Hurst. The chairman announced nominations for Ms4yor are
now receivable, Councilman Van Horn nominated Councilman Hurst for Mayor;
seconded by Councilman Delay, and Councilman Mossberg moved nominations be closed;
seconded by Councilman Van Homan. Passed on mull call as follows:

Noes: Nona
Not voting: Counci,lmn Hurst.
CITY CLM and Mayor Hit administiwed the oath of office to Robert
