Councilman Van Home nominated Councilman Delay to act as temporary chairman; seconded by Councilman Hurst. The chairman announced nominations for Ms4yor are now receivable, Councilman Van Horn nominated Councilman Hurst for Mayor; seconded by Councilman Delay, and Councilman Mossberg moved nominations be closed; seconded by Councilman Van Homan.
