Absent: None Also Present: City Attorney, Cite Clerk, City Coordinator, City Engineer and City Treasurer. MINUTES Motion by Councilmn Tian Born, seconded by Councilman APPROVED Hurst, and carried,, that minutes of the meeting of March 1.2, 1952 be approved as submitted, RESOLUTION NO. 81 1tis matter had been hezl.d over from the previous Covina Union High School meeting for further study, and covered Resolution Zone Variance No. 81 of the Planning Com lseiong rec en i-g APPROVED approval. of Variance Applicantion No. 49 of the Covina Union High School. District, requesting per- mission to use: 30 act -as at the northeast corner of Lark Ellen and Cameron Avenues for high school pwposes. Motion by Councilman Green, seconded by Councilman Mossberg, that resolution be approved, subject to the following conditions as listed -in atAff sport, plifts two additional recommendations% 1) That the School District deed to the City 10 feet on Lark Ellen Avenue and Cameron Avenue necessary to widen theses streets to 80 feet, as shown on the master plan. 2) That provision be made for location of a street along the east boundary of the site to provide adequate access to the site. 3) That no outdoor recreation facilities be permitted to locate closer than 25 feet to the north boundary line. 4) That all buildings erected shall maintain a set -back equivalent to that required on the abutting properties on Lark Ellen and Cameron Avenues. • 5) That adequate off-street parking facilities be provided (as more specifically set forth in the'.staff report). 6) That full, strut improvements be insta�,l.le d along Lark Ellen and Cameron f ronta�ge .a s well as tin half street to be located along the easterly boundary of the site. _ 7) That all parking areas be paved or otherwise surfaced to eliminate dust.
