Present: Councilmen Delay, Hurst, Van Horn, Mossberg and Gs a.

MINUTES Notion by Councilman Van Homo, seconded by Councilman
APPROVED Mossberge acid carried., that the minutes of the meeting

RESOWTION NO. 76 Resolution No. 76 of the Planning Commission was rpad,
Covina School District recommending approval of Zone Variance Application No, 46
Zone Variance of the Coma School District for school use of 10 acres
ADOPTED Located on the north side of Howland Avenue adjacent to
the. easterly city limits. Motion by Councilman Green,
seconded by Councilman Vary Horn, that resolution be adopted. Passed on roll call
as follows:

RESOLUTION NO. 77 Resolution No. 77 of the Planning Commission was read,
