Meeting called to order at 8:10 P.M. at the West Covina. City Hall.
Present: Councilmen DeLay, Mossberg and Flotmeno
Absent: Councilmen Hurst and Van Horn.
Also Present: City Attomay, City Coordinator, City Ragineer, City
Clerk and City Treasurer.
_MINUTES Notion by Councilman Kossberg, seconded by Councilman
APPROVED Flottena a and carried that the minutes of the meeting of
December 12, 1951, be approved as submitted and that the
readins of the minutes be waived. The City CleVic submitted the minutes of the
meeting scheduled for December 26, 1952, as follows:

Councilmn Flotten, that resolution be adopted. Passed on roll call as follows:

BAPTIST A repreaenzative of the Baptist Church, Rev. Charles Mazonk
CHURCH of West Covina, appeared before the Council requesting
permission to conduct church services at Willow and Willow
Lanes West Covina. After some diseussion, the Mayor announced that the Council
would study the problem in an effort to assist in wowing out a solution.
