Also Present: City Attomay, City Coordinator, City Ragineer, City Clerk and City Treasurer. _MINUTES Notion by Councilman Kossberg, seconded by Councilman APPROVED Flottena a and carried that the minutes of the meeting of December 12, 1951, be approved as submitted and that the readins of the minutes be waived. Charles Mazonk CHURCH of West Covina, appeared before the Council requesting permission to conduct church services at Willow and Willow Lanes West Covina.
