the minutes of the Council mectin, of November 28, 1951, be approved as submitted.
TENTATIVE TRACT Motion by Councilman Nlossbergs seconded by Councilmen
NOo 17389 Van Horn, and carried, that map be approved subject to
Winifred Young the recommendations of the Planning Commission.

that the rental of the premises should be on the basis of $3600.00 per year for
a one. -year period with an option for two additional years.
