Present: Councilmen Van Horn,, Flatten, Hearst and Moseberg. Absent: Mayor D®Lay Also Present: Gity Attorney, City Clerk,, City Engineer,, City Treasurer,, and Deputy City Clerk. Motion by Councilman Mossbsrg, seconded by Coua cilman Flatten, and carried,, that the minutes of the Council meeting of October 24,, 1951, be approved as read. -FINAL MAP On motion by Councilman Hearst, seconded by Councilman TRACT 12238 Mossberg,, and carried, final asap cover-Ing Tract No. APPROVED 12238 was approved. CUL DE SAC Motion by Councilman Mossberg,, seconded by Councilman INDIAN SUMMER Flatten, and carried, that the recommendation of the • AVENUE Planning Commission pertaining to the cul de sac at the southerly end of Indian Summer Avenue be approved. BIDS FOR Mayor paw teen Van Horn announced that this was the time for STREET PAINTING the opening of bids for supplying approximately 350 gallons of traffic paint and 2,000 pounds of glass beads for street painting. Flatten, that authorization be granted to the Fire Chief FXPENDITURES to purchase two red lights for the f#e truck,, as scree for the fire hose,, a basket for the trucks to hold helmets,, etc.,, and a heater for the Fire Department. RESOLUTION TO Motion by Councilman Mossberge seconded by Councilman PURCHASE Flotten,, that the City Attorney be authorized to prepare PROPERTY an appropriate resolution covering the purchase by the city of they easterly 525 feet of Lots 211. and 216 of E. J.
