Tentative Map of Tract No. 15146 vv.3 presented and on motion by Flotten,,
seconded by �Iossberg,and carried, said map was approved subject to the
recommendations of the Planning Commission.
Tentative I -lap of Tract No. 15147 was presented and on motion by Ho's6bergj,
seconded by Flatten and carried ".1d map unas approved subject to the
recommendations of the Vlanriin8 Corartission,
Metes and Bounds Map No. 13,-29 was presented and on motion by Flotten,,
seconded by Mossberg and carried, said map was approved subject to the
specifications of the City of.' V,'est Covina.

..Engineer be authorized to purchase Ford truck from R. W. Davis for $1754.80.
Ordinance No. 202 - an ordinance amemling Ordinance No. 126 to extend the
franchise area of the Sunkist ',,,-ater ComparV - title. of which vras read and

franchise area of the Azusa Irrigating Company--Company--title of which was read
and on motion by flurst,, seconded by Mo_�sberg and unanimously carried,,

Resolution No. 30 - a resolution acceptin,�..; an.ease ment from Donald Edward
V'elton and Frances Holt Welton and Greater, 1',rcadia, Building and Loan Associa-
tion and more particularly described in said easement. On motion by Hurstj
seconded by Hossberg,, said resolution was adopted.
