The adjourned meeting of the 'Nest Covina City Council of October
ll,. 1950,; was called to order at 7:30 P.M. at the West Covina
City Hall.
'resent :- Mayor Delay,; Councilmen Flotten,. Hurst , Mossberg and
VAn Horn.
Absent:: None.
Also Present:: J.C. Nichols and City Attorney S.R. Zimmerman.
• The Minutes of the meeting of October 11, 1950,, were read and
approved.
Ordinance No. 204 - an ordinance of the City of West Covina,
California, ordering, calling, providing for, and giving notice
of a special electionto be held in the City of West Covina on
the 21st day .of November, 1950, for the purpose of submitting
to the qualified voters of the said City two propositions to
• incur bonded indebtedness by said City for certain municipal
improvements. Said Ordinance was read in full and on motion by
Councilman Mossberg, seconded by Councilman Flotten and carried,.
said ordinance was adopted by the folloi^iing vote-:
AYES: Mayor De Lay, Councilmen Flotten, Hurst, Mossberg and Van Horn.
NOES: None
