Resolution No, 223 - a resolution of the City of West Covina
entering into an agreement with the County Fire Department for
Fire Protection in the City of hest Covina.
Tt was moved by Van Horn, seconded by Flotten and carried,
authorizing they Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement between the
City of West Covina anti the County Health Department for health
Protection in the City of. Iciest Covina,

Council will hold a public hearing on July 26, 1950, at the hour
8:30 P.I. in theWes{. Covina. City Fall for the purpose of considering
the following matterz
1. The consideration of Resolution No. 51 of the Planning
Commission of the City of West Covina to amend Ordinance No. 1147 to
reclassify that certain property from 11,,0O0 sq. ft. zone to 7500 sq.ft.
zone, said property described as Lots 160 and 161 of E. J. Baldwin°s
Fourth Subdivision, in conformity with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 147 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance.
