Absent: Councilmen Hurst and Van Horn.
The Minutes of the meeting of April 26, 1950, were read and approved.
It was moored by Moseberg, seconded by Flotten and carried, authorizing
the .Clerk to advertise for bids for the imorovement of Channing
Street. Said bids to be opened at the regular Council Meeting June
1950.
It was moved by Flotten, seconded. by Moseberg and carried, that the
bills be paid as audited.

• It was moved by Mos sberg, seconded by Flotten and carried, that the
Tentative Msp of Tract No. 16719 be adeeDted subject to the recommen-
dations of the Planning Commission.
It was moved by Flotten, seconded by Igo ssberg, that Tentative MAD of
Tract No. 16779 be accepted subject to the recommendations of the
Planning Commission.
• It was moved by Moseberg, seconded by Flotten and carried, that the
.Tentative Map of Tract No. 1h739 be aoceptPd subject to the reoommen-
dations of the Planning Commission.
The ,City Engineer states that the Final Map of Tract No. 16436 com-
plies .with all the requirements and conditions of acceptance as im-
posed on the tentative man of Tract No. 16436, and the City Clerk
Is authorized to sign same.
The City Engineer states that the Final Map of Tract No. 16467 oom-
»lies with all the requirements and conditions of acoeptanee as im-
posed on the tentative map of Tract No. 16467, and .the City Clerk
Is authorized to sign same. /
Resolution No. 217 - a resolution approving final map of Tract No.
16436 and accepting the streets therein - was adopted on motion of
Flotten,.seconded by Mossberg and carried.
Resolution No. 219 - a resolution anDroving final map of Tract No.
16467 and accepting the streets therein -- was adopted on motion of
Moseberg, seconded by Flotten and earr,16'd .

It was moved by Flotten, seconded by Moseberg and carried, that
Amendment No. 161 of the Ma at er Plan of Highways be approved.

Resolution No. 47 of the Planning Commission was accepted and
filed.
It was moved by Mo ssberg, seconded by Flotten and. carried, that
the reuorts of the Bldg. Department, Police Department and Treasurer
be accepted and filed.
The CJ.ty Attorney is directed to draw an ordinance permitting real
estate offices in the C-1 Zone.
