Present: Mayor VRn Horn, Councilmen Del.aay, And Flotten.
Absent: Hurst and Moseberg.
Also Present: Mrs, Sayers, R. E. Graham and S. R. Zimmerman.
The Minutes of the meeting of March S, 1950, were read and a.DDroved
as corrected.
_.--. Resolutions No, 199 to 205 inclusive - resolutions of the City
Council of the . City of West Covina aacceDting grant deeds for lots
yr in Assessment District No, 1 and more particularly described in
said deeds. They passage of said resolutions was moved by Flotten,
seconded by DeLay and was unanimously passed. '
Resolution No, 206 - a resolution of the City Council of West Covina
accenting that certain easement dated March 17, 1950, executed
by Charles V1. Reeves and Marguerette Ti. Reeves, granting to the
City of West Covina a veimetual easement over that certain real
Drooerty situate in the 011%y of West Covina and more narti cularly
described in said easement. Said resolution was offered by DeLay,
seconded by Flotten and unanimot5 sly carried.
Resolution No, 207 - a resolution of the City Council of West
Covina asking the County of l os Angeles to make available gas tax
money for the improvement of `sunset Avs,®rossing of 'Fdslnut Wash.
Said resolution was offered by Flotten, seconded by DeLay and was
unanimously carried.
Resolution No, 209 - a resolution of the City Council of the City
of West Covina asking the County of Los Angeles to make available
gas tax money .for the improvement of 1''rancirquito Ave, from the
westerly city limits to Vslinda Ave.. Said resolution was offered
by DeLay, seconded by Flotten and. wits, unanimously carried.
Resolution No, 209 - a resolution of the City Council of the City
of West Covina asking the County of Los Angeles to make available
gas tax money for the improvement of lhanning. Street from the
