The City Beautiful Aesociation was. prosent to protest the continued
occupancy of a trailer located at the corner of Flder and. Sunkist
Avenues; The City Attorney was directed 14o write a letter to the
occupant of this trailer.
It was moved by Flotten, €econded by 'Mossberg and carried, that
the bills be naid as audited.

Ordinance No. 190 - An ordinance mending Seotion 3 of ordinance
No. 1u7 by amending the Zoning Reap, title of which was read and
.on motion by DeLay, seconded by Flotten and unanimously carried,

City Engineer be authorized to remove the dirt on the Sunset
crossing of Walnut Wash at '.an estimated cost of g95O.00 at .the

NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGE OF ZONE CLASSIFICATION
Pursuant to law, Notice is hereby given that the West Covina City
Council wili hold it public hearing on A-oril 12, 1950, at the hour.
of 8:00 P.M,, in the West Covina City Hall for the puroose of con-
sidering the following matter:
• 1, The consideration of Resolution of Intention No,, 42 and
Resolution of Finding No, 43 of the Planning Commission of the
City of West Covina to change the lot area reoutrement of that
certain uroperty described its consisting of anprozimately g0 acres
bounded on the north by Workman Avenue, on the south by Garvey
Avenue, on the east by Azusn Avenue and on the west by Lark Ellen
Avenue, the same to be reduced from 11,000 square feet area to
7500 iquare feet lot area, iii conformity with the -orovisions of
Ordinance No. 147 commonly renown as the Zoning Ordinance.
