Upon motion by DeLay, seconded by Mossberg and earrIed, City Engineer Graham was authorized to prepare the necessary plans for the Improve- ment of the westerly side of Orange Ave. in accordance with the noti.tion filed by the Property Ovner.s, It was moved by Delay, seconded by Moo sberg and carried, that the 'tentative map of Tract No. 16479 be Appz�ved, subject to the recommendations of the Plann.9.ng Commission.
