It was moved by Mossberg, seconded by Flotten and carried, that
tentative map of Fetes and Rounds Subdivision No. 13524 be accented
subject to the following oonditi oa s :
1. That a 30 foot future street easement be granted to the
. ICity of West Covina along the northerly property linen
2. That curbs and gutters be installed and paving hooked uD
with the existing street or in lieu thereof a cash or surety
boned of 0200000 per lot be depoetted with the City to
guarantee improvements,
Resolution No. 191 - A resolution of intevat ion of the City 00uncil
of West Covina, California, is the matter of Assessment District
No. 1 for the construction of street and water main improvements
is ®an Horn Avenue and other rights of way in the City of West
Covina, The above resolution was offered by Flotten, seoomded by
DeLay and unanimously carried. The above resolution was read in full.
It was moved by DeLay, seconded by Mossbarg and carried, that the
final map of Tract No, 14700 be accepted.
It was moved by DeLay, seconded by Waseberg and carried; that the
tentative map of Tract No. 16436 be aDDreved, subject to the
_ �recommendati ont s of the Planning Commission.
It was moved by Flatten, seconded by DeLay and carried, that the
tentative maD of Tract Noo 16449 be approved subject to the
recommendations of the Planning Commission.
Resolution No, 40 of the Planning Commission Is approved subject
to the conditions set f orth therein, and the City Attorney is
directed to draw an ordinance changing the zoning to C.-1. Moved
by Flotten, seconded by Moseberg and carried.
Resolution No, 41 of the Planning Commission is approved subject
to the conditions set forth therein, and the City Attorney is
directed to draw an ordinance changing the zoning to C-1. Moved

It was moved by Flatten, seconded by DeLay and carried, ,authorizing
the Mayor to sign the contract between the Sunkist Water Company
and the City of West Covina for fire hydrants,
It was moved by FlotteR, seconded by'Mossberg and carried,'authoriziug
the City Attorney to spend up to $90,00 In clearing the taxes om
the City Property where the City Hall is located,
It was moved by Flatten, seconded by Messberg and carried, that the
bills be uaid as audited,

Upon motion by Mossberg, seconded by DeLay and carried, the reports
of the Building neDartment, Police Department and Treasurer be
accepted and filed,
Ordinance No,, 189 = An Ordinance amending Ordinance No, 147, by
adding thereto a new use to be permitted in the R-3 Zone title of
which,was read and upon motion by Moseberg, seconded by flotten
and unanimously carried, further reading wa}a waived.
Ordinance No, 189 - An ordinance amending section 3 of Ordinance
No. 147 by amending the Zoning Map, title of which was read and,

Ordinance No,, 197 - An ordinance of _the City of. West Covina approving
the .Annexation to, "lacorporatimg in and making a part of said City
of West Covina certain uninhabited territory outside of said City
and contiguous thereto, known as "West Covina Annexation Nov 10111

and unanimously carried, further readtag was waived

Roy C, Craig be paid $225.00 per month,
