That a 30 foot future street easement be granted to the . ICity of West Covina along the northerly property linen 2. That curbs and gutters be installed and paving hooked uD with the existing street or in lieu thereof a cash or surety boned of 0200000 per lot be depoetted with the City to guarantee improvements, Resolution No. 191 - A resolution of intevat ion of the City 00uncil of West Covina, California, is the matter of Assessment District No. 1 for the construction of street and water main improvements is ®an Horn Avenue and other rights of way in the City of West Covina, The above resolution was offered by Flotten, seoomded by DeLay and unanimously carried. The above resolution was read in full. It was moved by DeLay, seconded by Mossbarg and carried, that the final map of Tract No, 14700 be accepted. It was moved by DeLay, seconded by Waseberg and carried; that the tentative map of Tract No. 16436 be aDDreved, subject to the _ �recommendati ont s of the Planning Commission.
