Resolution Noa 37 of the Planning Commission was accented- and Publics
Hearing on the matter was set for January 25, 1.950, at the hour of
9.00 P.M *
Ordinance No. 195, An ordinance amending Section 3,1 of Ordinance
• No, 147, granting nuthority ror the location ctnd operation of a
s-oecial use, title of which was read and on notion by Delay, seconGeCg
by Mossberg;, further reading was waived.
Annexation No. 101 - Public Hearing was held thereon and the City
Clerk reported that no written ob3ections thereto had been Filed.

Resolution No. 188, a resolution of the City of West Covina accenting
an easement deed from Margaret R. and Samuel. R. Zimmerman dated the
5th day of January, 1950, and granting to the City of,West Covina
an easement for future x)ublic hig;hWa.v rumoses across that certain
Droverty and more particularly described in said deed, Ba.id
resolution was offered 'y Mossberg, seconded by Flotten and carried,
Resolution No, 199, a resolution of the Ctty of '��est Covina accenting
an easement deed from Ma�ga.ret R. and Samuel R. Zimmerman dated
January 5, 1950, and granting to the City of Vilest Covina an easement
for Future public highway purposes across that certain oroDerty and
more particularly described in said deed. Said resolution was
offered by Mossberg;, seconded by F'lotten and carried.
It was moved by MoesberF. seconded by DeLay and carried, that Amend-
ment No, .11-0 to the Paster Plan of Highways of Los Angeles County
be anDrowed,
It was moored by Delay, seconded by Niossberg and carried., that the
recommendations contained in Resolution Nc. 39 of the Planning Commi.slbio
be avproved., and the City attorney is directed to drag an ordinance
in accordance therewltho
It was moved by Flotten, seconded by Mossberg and carried, that the
bills be paid as audited.

Councilman Delray to purchase an oil tank for the storage of oil and
not to exceed 92500000

City of West Cavina, by adding 'thereto a. new section and regulating
the keeping of horses in the R-1 Zone, and R._-A Zone, title of which

Ordinance No. 184, an ordinance relating to the division and re- sub-
divisiOn of land within the City of West Covina., title of which was

reports of the Bldg. Debt., Police and Treasurer be accefnted and
filed.
