The Minutes of the Meeting of September 28, 1949, were read
and approved.
Resolution No. 183 - A resolution waiving requirements of
• Division 4 of Streets and Highways Code and proposing to institute
proceedings and directing nreparation of plans and soeeifioations
for subdivision of Lot 111 and portions of Lot 112 of E. J. Bald -
wines 4th Subdivision was offered by Delay, seconded by Hurst
and carried,
It was moved by Mossberg and seconded by Delay that Me j or `n �.n. K
be appointed to serve as a member of the Board of Dire !:tors �if
County Sanitation District No. 15. Carried,
Resolution No. 34 of the Planning Commission was received by the
Council and that the applicant had Piled a written avneal from the
findings of the Planning Commission. The matter was set for
Public Hearing on Nov. 9, 1949, at 8.00 F.Mo, with the consent of :&
the applicant, and the Clem: Is directed to give notice as re-
quired by tie.-.r4luancv.
• The Public Hearing for the uuroose of amending Zoning Ordinance
No. 147 was held and the Clerk took notes on thb discussion, T;:jc
matter was held over :for further discussion,

list of trees as submitted by Mr. Standage of the City Beautiful
Association as.suitable for planting in this area.be turned over
to the Planning .Commission.
The City Attorney is directed to draw an ordinance providing for
bonds for the completion of buildings,
