The City Attorney was directed to draw a.n Ordinance Controlling
Q dogs upon public streets, the licen lining thereof and Vncci-
• nation of same,
Resolution Y 22 of the Planning Commission wap accented and, final
action was de,fered until June 8, 1949.
The City Council finds that the improvements of Rockwny Drive Fr
below the standard of the City and reouire that the said Rockw. ,T
Drive be imvrov'ed to the following standards:
That concrete curb and gutters and 2 inch paving and drainage
structures be constructed according to L.A. County Soecificationa
and grades which would provide n(letiupte drsinpve street width of TO
feet on a right of wny of M)Q feet.
That if and when said. improvements shall be provided for,
said area shall be anneXee to the City of West Covina. in
a.eeordance with the petition on file, and Notice shall be given
to the signers of the Petition.

read and upon motion by DeLay, seconded by Mossberg further read-
ing wa.s waived and was �dooted by unanimous vote,

mous vote.

Unon motion by DeLayi seconded by Flotten and. curried the Cleric
was authorized to nay the election officials who worked on the
annexgtion election in Westerly a:dditton No. 2, three woven
t10,00 each and Mr. Lang t�12>00,

City Attorney and City Trensure,r were authorizecr to sign n
release on bonds . now held n.s security, -,aid bonds are held by the
Wells Vargo Bank in San Francisco, in the mmount of �700000,00
leaving the balance of bond: now held as security in the amount
