viding for the nnnexntion of uninhabited territories. The
adoption of raid resolution i_!ns moved by Flotten, seconded by
DeLay and unanimously cnr-ied. H-aring on objections was set for
MAY 1119 1949 and the Clerk was ordered to have said resolution
published,

Ordinance No. 167, an Ordinance adopting an official Precise
. Plan for a. Presided Section of the Raster Plan of the -City of
West' Covina, and amending Ordinance Y147 entitled " An Ordinance
establishing Zones in the City of hest Covina, and therein rpm
gulating the use of land, Height of buildings and ,yard snares;
Adopting a Mar., showing the boundaries of said Zones:Defining
the terms used in this OT-21nance: Providing for its adjust-
ment, Amendiient and. en'iorcement: Prescribing aenalties for
Violations rind re-oealing Ordinances in conflict therewith" by
adding a new section thereto to he 'known as section 23, had
