Also Present: J.C. Nichols, R.E.-Graham and S.R.,Zimmerman.
Ordinance Y 165, arik Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 103, of
the City of West Covina'regulating traffic at intersections,
title of which was read and further wading waived andits
final ad option wa F moved by DeLay, Seconded .by Flotten, and
was unanimously adopted.
It was moved. bl, Flotten, seconded by DeLay and carried that
S.R. Zimmerman be allowed '75.00 ner month for secretarial
e-oense beginning April 1, 1949.
Mayor Van Horn aDaointed Chas P. Kendall as a member of the
Planning Commission and his aDnointment was unanimously aDoroved
by the Council.
It was moved by "roFrberg, seeonded by Flotten that the Meeting
adjourn at 9:00 P.M. to be reconvened. at 10:00 P.M.
The Council reconvened at 11:00 P.M.
Resolution No. 20 of the Planning Commission Providing for the
adoption of an official Precise Plan for the Central business
area and embodying the findings, summaries of Public hearings,
recommendations, central business Plan man and recommended.
° Ordinance was received.
The Council set the date for the Public hearing on the above
resolution on April POth, lq)a4 at 8:00 P.M.
The Meeting adjourned at 11:10 P.M.
