Meetirg called to order at 8:00 P.M.
Present: Van Aorn, Hurst And Moseberg
Absent: De Lay.
Also Dresent: R.E. Graham, J.C. Nichols and Mrs. Sayers.
The Minutes of the Meeting -of February 23, 1149, were read. And.
approved.
• It was moved -by Moseberg, seconded by Hurst rind carried, that
right turns Pgainst red Signal lights At the following Inter-
sections be prohibited, Orange and -Garvey, Pacific ,and Garvey,
Sunset- Irwindale and Garvey, California -Vincent and Gnrvey,
Glendora and Gp rvey, Azusa and Garvey, Citrus rend Garvey,
Barranca and Garvey,
City Engineer R.F. Graham was authorized to purchase apnroximately
seventy .five (75) Street intereection signs.
Matter of the Protest Meeting of the Westerly Addition the
Mayor instructed the Clerk to read any protests that may have
been filed. The Clerk reported that no protests hadbeen filed.
The Clerk was nuthorized to Dublish notice of the election in
the West Covina Tribune.
It was moved by Moseberg, seconded by Hurst and carried that
Robert Flotten be appointed City Councilman to fill the unex-
pired term of Clyde Ring.
Upon motion by.Hur.st, seconded by Mosfberg and carried, the
Budget Statement, Police report, Building report and Treasurer's
report were nceeDted and ordered filed.
Upon motion by Hurst, seconded by Mossberg and carried, the
Clerk was authorized to Day the bills as audited.
