Meeting called to order at 5:00.
Present: Van Horn, DeLay, Mossberg
Absent: King
Also Present: J.C. Nichols, R.F. Graham and Mrs. Sayers.

A petition from the Fronerty owners on Meeker Ave. between
_ Garvey and Merced was presented to the Council asking that the
City put in curbs and pave Meeker Ave.
The Council received a letter from the City beautiful association
asking that the Council meet with them to discuss removing dead
trees from the oarkways and the planting of some suitable trees
to replace them. Yayor Van Horn aoDointed Councilman Hurst to
meet with them.
UD@n motion by Hurst, seconded by MoFsberg and carried the clerk
was authorized to nay the bills as audited.

following fees were set ror Driveways. 5.00 each
Dirt excavation 1.00 ner 100 sq, ft. or traction
Rock Fnd oil .50 ner so. ft.
concrete 1.00 Der sq. ft.
TJDon motion by DeLay, seconded by iiurst ' the Police and Treasurers
reports v-ere accepted and ordered filed.
Resolution .0161, A resolution accenting an easement for road and
Highway nurvoses from George Guevarawas offered 'by Hurst
seconded by Mossberg and carried
Resolution Y 1h2, A resolution Pecenttng an easement for Road
and Highway "urnoses from George Guevara was offered by Mossberg
— seconded. by Hurst and carried.
Resolution Y163, A resolution calling a mectal election to be
held in the territory hereinafter described and known as "WrGTFRLY
ADDTTTON Y2" and submitting to the aualtfied electors residing in
the said territory the question of Annexing the said territory to
the City of West Covina.
The foregoing resolution was offered by MossberF, seconded by Hurst
and unammously adopted.
Upon motion duly made seconded ar,d carriers the meeting adlourned
at 10:00 P.M.
