Meeting called to order at 8:00.
Present: Van Rom, DeLay, Furst and Mossberg.
Absent: Ring.
Also present: J.C. Nichols, R.E. Graham and Mrs. Sayers,
The minutes of the meeting of January 12, 1949, were rear] and
approved.
Resolutions '# 17 of the Planning Commission was received and
the City Clerk was directed to take the necessary steps re-
ouired by law.
ADplieation !#135-21 for subdivision Persuant to Ordinance
#135 is aDDroved upon the following conditions-
1. That a 30 ft. easement for road Durooses along the Southerly
Pr ooerty line be granted as Der attached sketch.
2. A 60 ft. easement for road Durooees aanroximately 400 ft.
East of Sunset Ave, to run South from SFrviee Ave ae Der
Pttached.sketch.
3. A Cash bond in the amount of �608.95 to guarantee eom-
nletion of imvrovements along the Southerly side of Service
Ave. nf the Easterly 225 ft, es Der attached sketch.
It was moved by Mossberg, seconded by DeLay and carried,
authorizing the City Engineer to proceed with,necessary Dlans
for the im.Drovement of Lnrk Ellen Ave, near Vice and Covina
Ave South from Franci pquito.
