Absent: Mayor King and Hurst
Also Present: J.C. Nichols.
The minutes of the meeting of. November 24, 1948 were read and annroved.

deposited as n. guarantee that the streets and imnrovemeAts in Tract Mo.
13892 would be completed in n satisfactory manner.
Ordinance No, 164, an ordinance amending Ord.ina.nce No. 147, title of
which was read and further reading waived was offered for final adoption
by DeLay, Seconded by Mossberg, end was cinanimously adopted.
