tion of Floyd Gelvin from the City Planning Commission be acce-oted.
Upon motion by DeLay, seconded by Mossberg, and carried the clerk was au-
thorized to advertise for,n Fora `tractor and skip loader;
The Title to ordinance No. 164 was read and it was moved by Mossberg, that
further reading be waived, sec^nded by Peery attd was unanimously passed.
