The minutes of the meeting of October 27, 1948 were read and aDT)roved,
Resolution No. 154- a resolution asl-Ang the Poard of Supervisors for
an allocation of 44500,00 to the City of West Covina for the -qarmope
of lmnrnving Covina Arenue =rmd Lark Ellen Avenue was offered by Hurst,,
seconded by Mossberg and carrted.
The extension of YanleAvpnue as a nror)osed secondary road as -oro-oosed
by the County road,De-partment vras recommended to terminate at Citrus
Avenue.
Resolution 117, a resolution of the Planning Convilssion was Dres'entedW
and upon discussion, the C.tty Council found that granting of such

and that the same meets the following conditions:
1. That there are certain exceptional circumstances aDDlicable

That such variance will not be det-rimental to nublic welfare.
Same will not adversely affect the general.,olan.
