Absent: Hepner) King, Douglas.
Meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M-
0- Upon recommendation of the Planning Commission, reporting favorably
it was,mov ea by Daniels, seconded by Hurst that a varience be granted
covering Lots 1,2,3,4,5, and 26 of Tract 14681 for the erection of a
church and community 'center, subject tio,approval of specifications.,
Motion Carried
.Resolution No.'121 regarding Ordinance No. 147 with changes incor
porated in first reading was read -
Motion was made by Daniels seconded by Van horn that Resolution No.121
be aaopted,,,and that it be delivered to.Planning Commission by City
Clerk 'and that meeting be adjourned to 10:00 P.M. Motion carried -

City Clerk received communications from Planning Commission,ad
follows:
Resolution No*'. 2.1
WHEREAS, there' has been certain changes and alterations in Ordinance
'No.. 147 and the zoning map heretofbre formally presented by the
Planning Commission to the City Council.
• AND WHIIIEriEAS) the Planning Commission desires to approve the changes
bind alterations as made by said City Council as noted the copy
of said Ordinance and Zoning Map as attached to Resolution No. 121
of City Council as transmitted to the Planning Commission by . the
City Clerk.
NOW Tti.EREFORE, be it resolved that said changes and alterations in
Ordinance No..147 and the Zoni#iMap parts 1 to 7 inclusive re
approved and the Secretary,is,hereby authorized to deliver same to
City Council
Next oraer of business was as follows: City Clerk read the title of
Ordinance No. 14.7.

THEREIN REGULATING TnE USE OF LAND,hEIGriT OF BUII:LDINGS; AND -LARD
SPACES: ADOPTING A MAP StsOWING TtiE BOUNDARIES OF SAID ZONES: DE-
FINING THE TERMS USED IN THIS ORDINANCE: PROVIDING FOR ITS ADJUST-
MENT, AMENDMENT AND ENFORCEMENT: PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLA-
TIONS AND REPEALING ORDINANCES ON PORTIONS OF ORDINANCE IN CONFLICT

Motion was made by Hurst seconded by Daniels that the City Council
waive further reading of -said ordinance.
The vote was as -follows.

Nays: None
Absent: Schabarum
Resolution No. 122 introduced to increase the salary of City Attorney.
Upon motion toLadapt,seconded by Van horn, the motion carried -
Resolution No. 123 was introduced fixing the time and place of
meeting of City Council.
Van Horn moved to adopt same
,,seconded by Hurst, the motion carried -
Resolution No. 124 app roving contract with San Jose Hills Water Co.
-was introduced on motion by Hurst, seconded by Van Horn and carried
Resolution eras adopted.
