Meeting palled to order at 8 P.M.
Present Batchelder,Daniels,Hurst,Va.n Horn

• Futher consideration T%,as gaven to Ordinance # 147 by the
City Council,whereupon the title to said ordinance %as
read and thereafter Councilman Hurst moved thA futher
•; readings be waived. Elothin seconded by Daniels and
carried by unanimous vote.
The title of said ordinance # 147 was
"An ordinance establishing zones in the City of west
Covina and thereby regulating the use of land ,height
of buildings and yard space: adopging a. map showing
the bouiidries of said zones :defining the terms used in
this ordinance ;providing for it's adjustment ,amendment
and. enforcement;prescribing penalties for violation and
repealing ordinances or portions of ordinances conflicting
therewith.
