Minutes of Meeting of September 10, 1947 read and appro#ed as read.
Moved by Schabarum to set up a Street Department Fund as recommended
by Glenn Kuhn, City Auditor.
Second by Hurst and passed by unanimous vote.
Moved by Hurst to accept recommendation of Glenn Kuhn and to set up
a special fund to be known as the "Deliquent Warrant Fund". Second
by Daniels and passed by unanimous vote.
Resolution #109 introduced accepting street improvements on Tract
# 14265.
Moved by Hurst. Second by Schabarum and passed by unanimous vote.
Resolution #110 introduced accepting street improvements on Tract
# 14575. Moved by Hurst. Second by Schabarum and passed by unanimous
vote.
Resolution No. 111 introduced accepting street improvements on Tract
# 13876.
Moved by Schabarum, second by Daniels and passed by unanimous vote.
Resolution No.112 introduced accepting street improvements on Tract
# 13865.
Moved by Daniels. Second by Hurst and passed by unanimous vote.
Resolution No. 113 introduced accepting street improvements on Tract

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
dOVINA DOES HrREBY RESOLVE, AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the subdivider dft that certain subdivision known as Tract
No. 14265 in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, has requested said city to accept the street Improvements on
said Tract;
AND WHEREAS, paid subdivider has failed to complete said street
improvements in accordance with the approved plans and profiles of
said Tract;,
N014 THEREFORE, Be it resolved that the Subdivider be and the came
is hereby required to.. the City of West Covina, the sum of $130-11
for having failed to- oomflete improvements In compliance with said plans
and Profiles,
NOW BE IT FT.UrIHER RESOLVED, subject to the payment of said sum of
$130-11 to said City, that 'said. street Improvem0nts be and. the same are
.hereby accepted by said City and the surety bond filed, as a guarantee
for the Completion of said street improvements, be and the same is hereby
released to said subdivider.

of California, have requested said city to accept the street improvements
on said Tract;.
• AND WHEREAS,, said subdividers have failed to install the fire hydrants
of said street improvements in accordance with'the approved plans and
profiles of said Tract;
N014 THEREFORE, Be it resolved that the subdividers be and the same
are hereby required to pay to the Oity of West Covina, the sum of 473.70
for having failed to complete improvements in compliance with said plans
and. profiles...
NOW DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, subjeetto the payment of said amount of
0473.70 to said City, that said street improvements be and the same are
hereby a,ccepted.by said City and the bond filed, as a guarantee for the
completion of said street improvements, be and the same is hereby released
to said subdividers.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Subdivider be and the same
Is hereby required to pay to the City of West Covina the amount of
$4-82.40 for having failed to complete improvements in compliance with
said plans and profiles.
NOW BE IT FURTHER -RESOLVED, subject to the payment of said amount
of $482.40 to said City, that said street improvements be and the same
are hereby accepted by said City and the bond filed, as a guarantee
for the completion of said street improvements, be and the same is hereby
released to said subdivider.

AND WHEREAS, said subdivider has paid the Garnier Construction Co.,
Puente, California, the sum of $221.01 in accordance with the approved
estimate for the completion of said fire hydrants;

guarantee for the completion of said street improvements, be and the
