APRIL 28,1941
Meeting was called for the special purpose of .passing an
emergency, ordinance entitled, "0 ORDINANCE RELATING TO

Daniels . who 'acted as Mayor in the absence of. Mayor
Batchelder.

Councilman Murat moved to..adopt the ordinance and motion
was seconded by Schabarum. It passed by the.'following vote.
