Present- Batchelder -Daniels -Hurst- Sch'abarum-Van Horn .Minutes of the March 5th meeting were read and declared approved as amended. The matter of the .offer by Truman -Johnson: to give to the -City 38 .shares of La Puente Water -Stock was discussed. Councilman Schabarum made the motion that the City Attorney be instructed to write a letter to Mr Johnson thanking him for the offer..but ,declining same. Motion seconded by Van Horn and carried.
